I rode the 950SM in Aug`08 at the KTM demo day at TWO in N. Ga. Looking at the bike I was not feelin it at first but when I rode it in the twistie stuff for about 20 miles I was really surprised how good the bike felt, very responsive, great handling, felt smaller than it actually is and was comfortable ! Last year I rode the updated 990SM and was still impressed! If I wasnt hooked so much on the Hyper I probably would have bought one.:up:

Darkhyper was ranting and raving about this bike after the test ride , called and told me how shocked he was in every aspect of the ride . I rode one for a very short ride and loved it . I would buy one for the right price in a heart beat .

Ok then its a done deal! I just have to make it to TX to get it. Leavin in the morning. The Hyper was my first choice but the Ins is killer!! This is a third of the cost.
Now where is the twisties in C FL. Thanks

IMO the KTM is a much better bike than the poocaty, lots more reliability and much more H/P. If they werent so hard to find and me so damn cheap, id own one tomorow...

Insane in the membrane! leave Mon morning (darkthirty) pick up and back this morning early from the BIG "D" and I dooo mean Dallas. Man am I bushed! was still able to get it legal and ride!
