I've replaced front brake pads on maybe 5 bikes in the last 3 years. Only 2 sets needed to be changed. 1. was a busa with 19000 miles, and there was brake dust all over the front rim. The rotor was toasted. and 2 was a gixxer 600, guy had hit a curb pretty hard, I believe slightly bent the rotor, because one of the pads was wore on the top half, and the other pad was wore on the bottom half. The other 3 times it was by customer request. You don't want to change your pads unless it's time. You can't cut bike rotors, so new pads against old rotors are not as effective as new. Also sometimes bleeding out the system is more then what you want to take on.

10K HARD on my 750 and I'll show them to you, still alot of life. The HH sintered I replaced them with have 7k on them and 8 track days, still look good. Pads last a long time. EZ, you sound you like know what your talking about.

I told you guys that orange color on the 2007 gsxr 1000 was going to be hot. Now the 08 busa is sporting it. Should paint up some of those 750's , will boost sales. lol
