Looking for a early to mid 70's CB 750, condition not critical other then an undamaged frame. Been thinking about doing a cafe' bike for awhile. Anyone got one laying around collecting dust?

I have a 1976 CB750F less than 12k original miles, about average, but a good runner, great project unit.......

Tony, could you PM or post what you might want to get for her. Also having a brain fart, 76 still came with spoked wheels, correct?
Ya still looking for a 750 Honda! I found one up here in Flagler county. Z

Absolutely, prefer an early to mid 70's. What did you find 8) , any idea on price?
It is a 1976. Pretty original except for the king/queen seat. Paints a little faded, original exhaust (in decent shape) 12,000 miles. I do not believe it has spent it's whole life in Florida 'cuz the faces on the guages are not faded out. I think he was asking $1500, but I know he is out of work and is hurting for money. I did not get a phone # but it is easy to find. If you come up US 1 north towards Palm Coast, just before Old Dixie Highway (where the White Eagle bar is) The bike sits in the guys lawn on the right side of US 1. It is marron/red with black tank stripes (original paint) If you need a phone# let me know, I go by there every nite on my way home. Z

Zeb, thanks a bunch. If you happen to get the number, that would be great. I might try and get up that way this weekend. Sounds like just what I was looking for. Should have wire wheels if I'm not mistaken... Been wanting to do a retro cafe bike for a while now, just haven't wanted to lay out a couple grand for a bike that's going to get a major revamp. Thanks again, Tom.
I will try to stop and get a phone # thursday on my way home. Z
Tom, you have a P/M with the phone #. Z

Went today for a look-see. She is complete but pretty rough for the $1600 he's asking. Made an offer, waiting to see if he's motivated  Thanks again to Zeb for doing the initial leg work!
