250cc rotary valve two stroke twin. This is the high pipe ( both exhaust pipes are high on the left side) Street Scrambler version of the A1 Samuri . Pearl white (original paint) with green/yellow decals. '71 was the last year they were built and the only year the exhaust was black instead of chrome. 5 speed trans.( 1-5 are all up with neutral being the very bottom) Factory electronic ignition, oil injection.

This bike is VERY original. Chrome is near excellant, paint is faded a little, but is original and has ALL the original stickers/decals. Seat is perfect and all the electrical pieces are original and all work as new. Would make a great addition to a collection,or a fun bike to ride or use as a pit bike. New battery, fuel lines, and the engine was totally gone through. New/old stock genuine Kawasaki parts were used. The only reason I went through it was because it was parked for 20+ years. I did not feel comfortable putting the bike back on the road without checking the engine. (we all know what sitting can do to them) Bike rides and runs as new, my sons (2 and 4 years old) and I ride it most every Sunday. I hate to let it go,but need room in the garage for other projects. Give me a call and come on over and take it for a ride. This bike starts on the first or second kick every time, and is a lot of fun to ride. It gets a lot of attention where ever we take it and I have never seen another one. It's not that Kawasaki did not build alot of them, just VERY few survived. People did not preserve old Japanese bikes. We got this one from it's original owner (I have the Kawasaki owners card in his name with it) and he last rode the bike in 1981! I bought it in late 2002.

Drop me an e-mail and I will send ya some pictures,or like I said, come on up and take it for a ride.
Asking $1500. Look it up and see what it is truly worth. I am putting it on Ebay next week, but I thought I would put it out to ya'll first. I think some one on here would give it the same type of good home it has had since new. Jon 386-586-7429
