This traffic light was put up new after the hurricane in August of '04 and then knocked down during the September storm. No real damage,just some scatches. It is black in color,the top section is aluminum and the lower two sections are plastic, so it is light enough to hang in your garage our game room. All three (red/yellow/green) lenses are perfect. You can just thread a regular lamp bulb in each light socket. I was aking $125 for it, but will take an offer. Can e-mail pics of it if you want. Jon
