Do you have them hosted somewhere ?

Pull them up in a browser
Highlight the address, right click, copy
Start a new post (or reply to this one to test)
Right click in the box, click paste
Highlight the address again
Click the IMG box above the place where you enter text and it will put the controls around the image link
Submit
