I would like to join the AMA and work the races during Bike Week. Anybody know who I should contact? THanx

You want to join the AMA ? Cool, everyone that rides a motorcycle should be a member. You can join online by going to the AMA web site, click this http://www.ama-cycle.org/ or you can call 1-800-AMA-JOIN and do it over the phone. You can also sign up at the credentials booth during bike week or the AMA booth when it's set up.

Working the race ? I'm not sure what that means. If you want to be a corner worker then this is the place to look http://www.usmarshalls.org/daytona03.html . If you're taking about working for a race team there are a few that are looking for help.
