Since I left town for vacation, I understand it's done nothing but rain there. Been sunny and hot here in Ohio. (Sounds like "how I spent my summer vacation). Roads are great...Lots of twisties. Met a bunch of new friends and went riding all over the state. Until.......
The truck pulling camper needed more than his lane..I was leaned all the way over...tried to change my line...edge of asphalt = 10 minute (seemed like) tank slapper...get-off, end-over-end...broke my fall with my helmet...went 30 feet off cliff...having wonderful time wish you were here. :>)

Sorry to hear that. I'm getting ready to go to PA for vacation. I'm bringing my bike (trailering it). I hope i don't encounter anything like you did. I'm just hoping the trailer makes it that far. Hope you are alright. Hopefully when we get back the rain will have ended and we'll be able to meet at Ritter's. See ya in a couple of weeks.

Peace

Bob

Broke my pinkie, concussion, and bruised, swollen, sprained, twisted everything else. Helmet, armor jacket, gloves and racing boots did their job. I think I can rebuild my bike. Insurance would total it but I dont want a claim on my record. And, as far as the truck, it was more my fault. I was just a little over the 15mph speed limit(imagine that, hehe).

Sorry to hear the bad news Kev. Glad to learn you were decked out in the proper attire. Hope your recovery is swift and repairs don't hit the wallet too heavily.
