Thanks for asking.

Still got a bump on the head, and a sore heel ( I have no idea why my heel hurts). The road rash is about healed up.

The bike is still being evaluated, the last estimate I saw was $6,400. I should know something firm on Monday.

Hope the settlement goes well; when I totaled my 12, State Farm gave me full reimbursement on my Helmet (I had a Shoei RFR with light scratches on the shield and side and presented them with ARAI RX7R and smoke shield at $549 from Helmet Harbor web site and told them it was cheaper than the Shoei, and they reimbursed me $549!) I never replaced the helmet and still use the Shoei. Also, I submitted a $313 invoice for a new Joe Rocket jacket and pants to replace my last outfit (Levi jeans and jacket with grass stains!) and they reimbursed me $200 maximum allowable for clothing allowance. Hope you can pick up on some this pocket change too.

Evry time I went down it seems like every couple days theirs a new pain someplace. Hang tuff.

Tony's Bike needs a complete front end. Plastic,trees,forks upper and lower,wheel,rotors,the hole shabang.$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$no insurance $$$$$$out of pocket.All the rest of our bikes have insurance now."its not worth it to go without"
