I heard you can get a ZX-11d front sprocket for a 02' ZX-12r.. My question is what years was the ZX-11d made?..

2001 ZX1100D9
2000 ZX1100D8
1999 ZX1100D7
1998 ZX1100D6
1997 ZX1100D5
1996 ZX1100D4
1995 ZX1100D3
1994 ZX1100D2
1993 ZX1100D1 first year for the D model
1993 ZX1100C4
1992 ZX1100C3
1991 ZX1100C2
1990 ZX1100C1
I have the part number you're looking for but I don't have it with me. I can post is later.

Sorry it took so long to get the part number, I've been traveling too much lately.
The front sprocket for a 01 ZX-11D is part # 13144-1224 and the price is $30.80

Question then is with these mods do I have to keep tweaking here and there or am i in for the long haul with no further mods and just regular routine maintenance...

You're about where I am with the mods. With the custom map done after all the stuff is in place there is little that will cause you the need to adjust it any more.
